Shipping
Orders will be ready to ship within 2-3 business days via USPS. Delivery should take an additional 3-5 business days. Hef Designs is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by USPS. If you have questions or concerns about tracking your delivery, please visit customer support. Currently, we do not accept international orders.
Returns & Exchanges
If there is an issue with your order, please visit customer support, as we handle these on an individual basis. Be sure to include your name, order number, date the item was purchased, and an image of the item for reference. We are happy to work with you to resolve any issues.

All jewelry and art are handmade by Hef Designs. Colors may vary slightly from pictures online. Jewelry contains small pieces and should be kept away from small children and pets. Items are made from different metals, please be aware if you have allergies or skin conditions as Hef Designs will not be responsible for any medical issues that occur.
